This company turned up on time in order to look at what was required and quote what I thought to be a fair price. Unfortunately after I had agreed for them to have the job. They failed to contact to finalise dates. So I had to find someone else.

mariusz and leszek did a good job with my bathroom and ensuite renov given the budget and the tight schedule i had (10days). i suggest be clear with what you want at the beginning and put everything down in writing.

I was slightly disappointed with the colour of the tiles but I guess they were no longer available. There were some odd spots of grout in some other parts of the bathroom but trust a woman to notice that!

Would recomend S. Roberts Electrical. Work completed to a very high standard and price was reasonable . 10 out of 10 .

This company has proved excellent in all respects. Simon the first caller, went above and beyond the view to correctly diagnose the source of our problems and thereby left the competition in the shade. Ray the surveyor was next in the scene, very competent and helpful. The icing on the cake were Stuart and James the fitters who did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have here. Full marks!

They were prompt to come. Andrew was very clean as he wore shoe sleves to protect my floor. They were quick in repairing my anthena and now i can see the tv in all rooms. However, estimated phone cost did not match the final price.

I still have the drawing I showed you and I know what was involved in the job. I am not willing to change my rating just because you dont agree. This site isn't one where everyone automatically gets top marks. You have to do top work and give a top service. I still stand by the rating I have given.

This tradesman was supposed to come back to me with some ideas on how to put a bathroom suite in without damaging any of my tiles. It's been a few months now haven't heard anything. Polite person. But will not be using him again.

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.

Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
