Prompt and very reassuring as I was in a panic. Temp repair within a couple of hours which fully held the torrential rain out. Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there! Kept me fully informed throughout, with photos of what they had done, and has rung since to make sure everything is OK in the terrible weather. Would definitely recommend.

The work was assessed initially but on inspection more work was required and the quote was amended and the extra work carried out. This is an effective, no-frills, reasonably priced outfit. They replaced my house extension 4mx4m flat roof with a new felt flat roof. I was impressed by the speed of response to my job posting, with a site visit on the same day and the work done a few days later in one day. The workmen were skilled and diligent and produced a good-looking product, clearing up afterwards. I paid the original price quoted, with no additional surprise items. No problems have arisen in the week since, despite storms.

Great job finished on time and on budget. We cleaned up each evening in preparation for the next day but by the end of the week Yad was cleaning himself to prepare for the next day. Trustworthy we left him at times when we needed to go out and provided a key for him to let himself in. Very happy with the finished product.
