Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Your comments doesn’t make sense. You message me now when it’s been how long since you damaged my property. Stop lying you never came over. I’ve chased you for days to come and you have ignored. NO ONE has touched what you did. You did it and now blaming others. I’ve got pictures and they were sent to you. You haven’t bothered to contact me nor fix the problem you created.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

We needed a new arial and decided while action aerials were with us to connect all our rooms so they could be connected to tv's. Job satisfactory and tradesman quick.

Absolutely fantastic, called and completed job within hours of posting my ad. Would definitely recommend that anyone who doesn't have a clue about alarm systems, then ask for Paul. Talked us through it, step by step, explained in full all the techy stuff and best of all didn't want a fortune for it. Nice to meet a real genuine professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Workman did not want to clean up after he had done our plastering. Spent a long time arguing on it and at the end we had to deduct cleaning fees from his final payment. Even at that he made such a messy job and the deducted fees were no way enough. nd on top of that his job was very unprofessional. Will not recommend him ever.

Perfect tradesman, new exactly what he was doing and why, a very polite and happy person, obviously loves his work, cleaned up after he had finished, explained the workings of the alarm to us in simple to understand terms, highly recommended.

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!

Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply
