We were updated as to the starting date - promptly commenced at the time designated. , Work has been to a very high standard,and his attention to both mortar and brickwork matching has resulted in an almost new look to the building. He asked a lot of questions which gave us the confidence that there wouldn't be unexpected charges. Ron was always on time, very reliable and left the house very tidy each night. Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00. It was an excellent job, they were professional, efficient and caused minimal disruption to the household, and their quote was cost-effective. We will definitely be offering them further work in future.
