George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Initially, John came, told me what the problem was and repaired it. Initially the repair looked effective, however after a few weeks the same leak reappeared. I messaged Swift as to when he would return to repair the problem properly, he told me within a couple of weeks. That was approx 6 weeks ago, and I've heard nothing.

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
