Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. 5 Star Fencing was absolutely superb - came to site on the day agreed, replaced the three bowed fence panels with ones of very good quality and painted them to match the rest of the fence, and did a small repair on an existing panel - Callum of 5 Star Fencing was an absolute pleasure and left the site (my garden) all clean and tidy.

David is extremely hard working and a very pleasant, friendly and polite person. His decorating is first class l have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a painting job. He is also very reasonably priced, all round top tradesman.
Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.
