The job was carried out in a highly professional manner from start to finish - from the first visit, to the very reasonable estimate speedily delivered, through to completion on the agreed date. These people are absolutely first class! They are extremely courteious and helpful, and we would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

A fantastic job, Michael fitted my alarm system perfectly at a great price in fact I also got him to fit a fully recordable cctv system as I was so pleased with his work. A very friendly and professional service at a fantastic price- I would reccommend Mico to anyone looking for an alarm system or cctv system, in fact he is fitting a system for my neighbour tomorrow- many thanks Michael!!!

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

P.T. Electrical have been excellent. The work was for 3 days, they finished by day two. There was no mess, as stated from the initial visit they would clear any debris. Also using their experience it was less costly than initially thought. The value and quality of the work are of high standard. Also they are extremely reliable with great communication, no problems where found but I felt re-assured that P.T Electrical would have dealt with them accordingly.
