wonderful locksmith, very knowledgeable. If you are worried about the lack of reviews, do have a listen to what he has to say first then make a decision based on that. It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance. I am very disappointed with James' work.He knew before he started what needed doing. He seemed to panic about everything. He estimated that the job would take two days (Monday & Tuesday) At 4pm on Tuesday he said that he was going and would be back on SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!! I told him, in no uncertain terms what I thought about that and he stayed until 8pm to finish the job. The job, to install new worktops is far from perfect. The sink is set in at a slight angle and the worktops are not straight. I realise that I should have complained and withheld payment but I was so upset by the end that I couldn't face it. I am elderly, disabled and live alone. Why do tradesmen think that it is OK to take us for a ride?
