Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. The team were polite and worked hard through some of the hottest days of the year! The end result is wonderful and really makes the most of the garden.

A bit of a let down. Promises of doing all I asked, when it came to finishing, some jobs done, some done shoddily and some not done at all. Left terrible mess and did not take the rubbish despite promising to do so. Do not pay them before they finish is my advice

came on 21st july, gave estimate and agreed job. said panels would be ready in 5 days. eventually fitted on 21st august, 30 days later One panel faulty(not noticed by john hall). Replaced this panel a week later, when he had to reverse panels, mas they had been fitted the wrond way round!!.

Nathan and his team did an outstanding job. We didn’t have drawings and they worked with us to design and build the rear extension and the result is more than we could have imagined. They also took care of all the liaising with building regs for us, which enabled good communication and prompt visits, and the work was certified. They are a family team and work to high standards.
