Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. They left the flat clean and tidy. They were always on time, very respectful and professional. They were very fast, large team, efficient and cost effective. I would definitely work with him again. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

UPDATE. no contact from Alan after I gave him time to come back and repair his poor work. He hasn't. My chimney is now in such poor condition I have paid another company to remove it! Beware of this company's promises.
