After a sticky issue on a previous came out and sorted the radiators for free. Can’t say better than came out and the the rectification work so gave to give 5 stars. Did the job on time and even fixed a towel rail he didn’t fit . Thank you

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man

Stay away from this company. The refurbishment work was an absolute disaster. Henry left the flat unfinished and in a dangerous state (electricity not properly installed). Nothing was done correctly: tiling uneven, bathroom no waterproof and very poorly finished, no kitchen unit we straight just to mention a few things. We are starting legal procédure as the builders blocked our phone and don’t answer anymore. Stay away from them

Just poor in every aspect. Sloppy workmanship has led to leaks in the bathroom, seals having to be replaced. We are now looking to have someone else come in to redo the work. Please avoid at all costs for your own sake.

The fact he didn't get back to me despite texting me to tell me he could do the job was very poor service. Even had he said he was too busy etc that would have been fine - very disappointing!
