Barnaby and his sidekick were an absolute joy to have in the house. We laughed all day whilst Barnaby delivered a first class service going to great pains to make sure everything was just where we wanted and were happy before he proceeded. Barnaby even dug a trench down the garden to install lighting and sockets in the garden shed. One month on there is little trace of where the grass was disturbed. Complete bathroom refurbishment and we couldn't have imagined a better end product. These lads work very hard, they're professional & reliable. Unexpected cost for cutting tiles, an extra £5 per meter, apparently due to the type of tile. Paid extra to have levelling compound put down, unfortunately didn’t get the desired finish, quite a few tiles not level. Very nice chap,

I have provided a phone number in the chat. A £8000 job falling apart in less than a year is really poor work. It would be great if fixed by yourselves. At least you are saying 10 years guarantee here on line.

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
