We agreed terms and price. Arrived, said they couldn't move everything at that price, so agreed what they could move for the pre-agreed price. Said they had finished but didn't move some garden waste bags because they were too heavy (weight was never a factor when I was quoted originally), but nevermind. Asked to swap the bags for something else lighter and they wouldn't after I was quoted for a full van load with space still in the van. The van arrived with some other items already in there by the way.

I stated in my job that only people with professional carpet cleaners to contact and he says he is with professional equipment. No is not is domestic carpet cleaner which do almost nothing with cleaning the carpet just fresh smell. All stains and dirt is still there. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
