Welcome to McCartney building I am a multi skilled trades man that has been running for around 8 years. This is the first time I have used a site like this and only just signed up and have no ratings, so please don’t be worried about that. Before COVID most off my work come from word of mouth which is always the best way, but due to COVID work has started to slow down and looking to pick back up hence being new to rated people. Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. I would call STM first for smaller jobs in future, but also recommend them to family and friends. Thankyou all of you.

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur
