The guys got onto the job quickly and at the time specified and got on with the job.The only reason I did not give the quality a full 5 stars is because some of the lower courses of brickwork were not pointed up, but this could be a communication issue as I could not be there to tell them exactly what needed to be done. Fantastic work on finishing off my bathroom. Great communication at every stage of the process including ordering parts, confirming prices and short notice changes. Very responsive to a hiccup along the way. All done within quoted time and budget.
Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor
Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.

I go that extra step to make sure the client is is happy and gets the best finish possible, I will rip off and re board any walls that need it or any floor that needs some work, I’ll amend to give the client the best outcome they can have for their project.

Visited, gave a quote. Seemed a reasonable price and so Job accepted. Said he would call with start date the next day. To date, despite leaving messages there’s unfortunately been no response. I’d really respect a person more if they could admit the job is beyond their capability at the time and save time and energy. Just be honest about it. Honesty costs nothing.

I made 2 mutually convenient appointments with this chap and he didn't turn up to either. He then severed contact without reason.
Very dissapointing. Big puddles in flagged pathway, grouting very poor and messy workmanship, will have to get someone else in to put it right.
Say one thing and then don't stick to it; quoted my job and then turned up and requested more so I didn't give them my job
