David and Sean were fantastic from start to finish when they installed a new combi boiler and removed an old hot water tank whilst replacing an old conventional boiler system. They also fitted an outside tap for me and replaced a leaky radiator. All work done to a very high standard and their communication before, during and after the job has been top class. I would happily recommend McQueen heating to friends, family and anybody else needing work done.

John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again

Would highly recommend. Stuart gave straight talking and honest advice and was more than half the price of British Gas. Julie in the office was a pleasure to speak with and even called after to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall a very pleasing experience.

The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.

Cannot praise enough. only reason for giving 4 stars on reliability was the last minute change in appointment - it didnt inconvenience me at all - and he came next day. I will definitely be calling on them again for any future jobs. 1st class!!

Job was fit and install new gas hob. Jim offered excellent service I could not fault him. He arrived on time (even early) as planned. He was very professional and I have no qualms about recommending him to others.
