A very professional and friendly service with Peter keeping me informed at every step of the project. Everything was done when they said it would be and any issues were discussed and agreed before proceeding. The house was fully cleaned when they left. I am very pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done

Managed to fit the job in at short notice before Christmas. Always quick responding to any queries and questions before and throughout the job. Overall we were really pleased with the quality of work completed.

Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.

We found Dominic to be reliable, punctual and flexible. He took out an old cloakroom suite and replaced a new one comprehensively and confidently. He worked efficiently, cleanly and communicated all important issues promptly and suggested practical solutions. He's a pleasant and fair tradesman and we wouldn't hesitate asking him to complete future plumbing work.

Mr. Wilkins did not meet previous standards. I have countless texts apologising for letting me down. Mr Wilkins was unprofessional (his words), he was unreliable and could not project manage. Ensuite took 8 weeks to finally complete. Bathroom took even longer. Mr Wilkins paid for bathroom, but did not come back to finish off, despite numerous calls. So he took money for work he did not complete and I am left with a bathroom I cannot use. Can do quality work, but rate him as poor because he took money.

En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Lots of good work done and Chris was amazingly patient when we (clients) messed up the ordering of parts...multiple times.

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
