Hi there, my names Craig I’ve been Plumbing since leaving school in 2000. I hold advanced NVQ level 3 in Plumbing, Heating & design and was first corgi registered back in 2005. With the change from corgi to gas safe I’m now up to date with the gas safe register for Domestic Natural gas supplemented with LPG, Butane gas for both permanent dwellings, Residential Park homes (RPH) and Leisure Accommodation Vehicles (LAV) Plus also for the Plumbing side of what I cover I have the Qualification for vented and unvented Hot water storage systems (UHW10)

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Great job from start to finish. Work took 4 days. Removed old gas warm air system from my 3 bedroom house and replaced with modern gas central heating. All waste removed and left clean and tidy. Well done. No problems with the systems thus far (1 yr. on). Very happy.

Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
Did not use this tradesman at the time, but a visit was arranged and a quote given within the agreed timescale.
