Having been let down by other tradesmen, used this site for the 1st time. Martin came out and quoted and as he knew I needed the job finished urgently, managed to fit me in between other jobs. Done a great job. Would highly recommend, and I will be using their services again for larger projects I have planned.

Mr Lewis took the job at a short notice and arrived exactly on time. His fault diagnosis on our combi boiler and plumbing was quick; he explained the issue the really well (with a diagram!) and how to fix it. He also serviced the boiler while explaining what he was doing which was helpful. His rate was definitely reasonable, with no surprise costs. Highly recommended tradesperson, and we will be requesting his services again for additional plumbing work.

NB MY RATING IS PURELY BASED ON THE EXCELLENT PROVISION OF A QUOTE - JULIAN GOT TO ME QUICKLY AS ARRANGED, IN SPITE OF THE MAIN ROAD BEING CLOSED AT THE TIME, UNDERTOOK A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF MY PROPERTY AND PROVIDED ME WITH A DETAILED QUOTE WITHIN 48 HOURS. (for various reasons I am currently still running the old boiler and not switching just yet, so no work has been undertaken at this stage).

Rob the plumber did an ok job. Plasterer only did half a job and never came back. Tilers then came in and tried to tile over poor finish, so I ended with poor tiling job also. Rob was not happy really with the finished job so knocked of a few quid, but I still ended up with a poorly finished bathroom.
