Hi! I’ve been in the plumbing business for 20 years, 10 years on new builds and refurbishments in America, England, and Ireland, and 10 years in a worldwide franchise. called drain doctor. My time working for drain doctor gave me the best experience as it was not only drainage but all sorts of problems to do with plumbing and drainage inside and outside commercial and domestic properties, constantly testing my knowledge of the trade, “every day was a school day” as I was working on all sorts of buildings both old and new, which rarely had the same installations. May 2017 I came back to England as a self employed sub contractor, I’m looking to try and grow my business over here so all business is appreciated. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.
