Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

I'm sure the quality of the work may have been great but as he never turned up to even quote as arranged or even phoned I wouldn't know!

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. The AA carried out my boiler replacement on the agreed date and the work was done quickly efficiently and very well. They left the house clean and tidy and explained how to use the boiler and new thermostat

I am suprised that this plumber appears on your website.He quoted £50 for the job admitted that he does not usually change taps and only fits boilers.He spent 4.5 hours on his visit and was clearly incompetent.He was unable to change the tap in the utility room and forcibly removed our sink severely damaging our worktop.The result of his visit is a bill for £650 to replace the worktop and sink.Do not use this tradesman under any circumstances.Awfull and should be removed from this website

We had agreed to £750 for cutting down, removal of four willows and clearing site. On the second day they asked for an additional £350, which we were not willing to pay as we had agreed a price previously. They remained to finish the job for the sake of 'customer satisfaction'. We've been distressed to find that large pieces of willow were left, floating in our pond and the fence is broken where they dropped logs into our neighbours garden after we'd been assured that they had cleared the site completely.

Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.

Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!

Didn't make good wall in hallway which was on the estimate. Continually asking money when the job wasn't finished. Poor quality workmanship, not really a builder more DIY man
