Phoned me to make an appointment to come give me a quote for the job. But never showed up so not very professional never phoned to say he wasnt coming. so wont be contacting them again

Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen! His after sales service was also excellent - I would highly recommend him to anyone. This was a medium priced job at £10,000. Well done Bart I will certainly use you again, without hesitation. Great service, and communication all along the way. Extremely professional, but still made sure he was doing what I wanted and not would be easier for him, consulting me at each decision. Kevin came with his apprentice,, and made sure that he was teaching Robbie both the technical skills but also the soft skills that will see him well in the future. Left the house cleaner than when it was came in! It may seem a small thing but I always have more trust in a tradesman who turns up in a sign written van.
