The original problem was straightforward: one radiator in the property was not working. Instead of resolving the fault, the plumber’s actions resulted in all radiators in the house failing to work, leaving the heating system in a worse state than before the visit. This unexpected outcome caused considerable inconvenience, as it created a new and broader heating failure that did not exist prior to the plumber’s involvement. Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.
