Proact Property replaced my boiler and retiled my bathroom. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything was explained in detail and put onto a job sheet before I agreed to the work. The workmen who came to do the job were friendly, and very tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to others.

Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

Would highly recommend Plumb and Tile Chelmsford. Scott and Gavin have made a lovely job of our small ensuite. Scott was calm and professional even when faced with some unforseen plumbing problems. Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.
