Booked Andy in to start today. Cancelled other electricians who were coming to quote. After waiting all morning, no response from Andy. I finally got a text before midday to say he couldn’t do my job as he’d won another contract. Unprofessional and unreliable. Shouldn’t have booked my job in if he had no intention of coming. Ended up wasting a whole day, putting my project behind and setting me back to square one as now I have to find a new electrician after cancelling them.
