Not the cheapest quotation we received but good value overall. We chose to go with D T Building because they approached the job in a very professional way despite it being a relatively small job. Very happy with the work that Daniel did for us, so far all of our leaking wall issues have been fixed. We are a Upvc roofline & roofing company, We have a combined 50 years experience. We use our own Easi-dec & ladder staging scaffolding saving on hired scaffold. We are all safety trained and fully insured. We are happy to fit one roof tile or replace a whole roof.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Scott was very professional, prompt and courteous. Very clean and tidy work with attention to detail and minimum disruption. The job included complete new installation of centre light and switch with a new consumer unit to replace an aged wired fusebox. Despite there being an unknown electrical fault from many years ago Scott was able to deliver on time and to the agreed budget. He was also able to advise on recommended upgrades. My wife and I would have no hesitation in using him in the future.
