I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

Great bunch of lads. Paul came round to quote within a couple of days, fair price, tradesmen all professional, respectful, tidy and communication great! Have already asked them to do more work for me. Definitely recommend.

grossly disappointed. having taken a days holiday in order to be in for the work to be completed, to be asked to provide a ladder! only for electrician then NOT to arrive is frustrating. 90mins of chasing him to finally be told, I got sent on another job is the height of unprofessionalism and completely unacceptable.

They were prompt to come. Andrew was very clean as he wore shoe sleves to protect my floor. They were quick in repairing my anthena and now i can see the tv in all rooms. However, estimated phone cost did not match the final price.

Came to the house measured up viewed the job never heard from him again ....POOR ...not even the common courtesy to say he didn't want the job.

The electrician didnt show up al all. No contact made by electrician what so ever. Very disappointing, I lost a day of work as I had to take the day off to be at home.

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.

Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
