Aarfaan is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. The quote was given quickly, setting out the alternatives and we had to replace the windows. Gave us a reasonable quote for a full rewire (without kitchen) so booked in. Couldn’t complete the work in given time so had to come back the following week. They turned up late, didn’t complete all the works as agreed, didn’t fix any of the issues we raised about the previous work. Continued working and said they would do the snagging on the last day so we paid. Came back later and they had removed all their tools, returned the keys with unfinished work and no certificate for the work completed. Not happy.

Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!
