Cannot score on rating as roofer contacted me, we arranged a time when he could come an look at the job but he never showed up. All in all very disappointed have still got a leaky roof and still looking for someone that is reliable.

I was very pleased how quick this person contacted me about the job and came and I believed they had done the job. Only when it rained the gutter overflowed , contacted them through e-mail ,no reply. Mr Rob Robinson has come to my house to repair a leak in the roof in August 2018. Since August 2018 we have had to call Rob number of times. The roof is sill leaking and he is refusing to refund the money even tho I have offered £100 for his trouble to date. I have further damage inside the house due to the leak.The communication is poor and no sense of customer care. At this stage following few attempts I do not trust Rob can fix the leak and I hope he can do the right thing and refund the money paid!

I am giving 1 star for turning up .my problems still exist Daniel said he fixed the leaking water and sorted out guttering but there's still water coming in house and guttering is still leaking didn't give any paperwork of 15 year guarantee once full payment made,I have tried again and again for him to still fix the problem he said he would but hasn't turned up avoid this guy

Job started off well but there were issues afterwards. Walls are not level, the pointing is not right and the opening of the doorway is way out of level. They have not filled in block work joints on the outside and rainwater is seeping in. I have to pay for another bricklayer to put everything right. Would I recommend these guys? No chance.
DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
