They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.

Arranged 8am appointment weeks ago for what he said would be a quick job. I waited 4 hours and never turned up! Didn't return any of my calls - only sent one WhatsApp back to say he would be there "in an hour or so", and then didn't turn up in that time. Completely wasted a morning after rearranging a work day to accomodate and missed several important meetings. A real shame, as Matt seemed friendly enough on the phone beforehand.
