Mark (MSW Joinery) came out the day after I posted the add, to survey the job. He gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame to complete the works I wanted. Just a few days later the job was completed. I’m very happy with the entire process with Mark not to mention the actual works. I hired Wall Doctor for a full Rendering of the outside wall of my house, they have a great team and good customer service, the job was done perfectly and cleaned up the site they’re really dedicated to what they do. Will use them again!

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Although their actual work is great. I do not appreciate the work being carried out on Thursday and then today- less than 24 hours after completion- a guy knocking on our door demanding payment from my wife and him stating that he could not leave our premises until the bill was settled. My wife explained that they had only finished the job yesterday but he was very firm in saying that he could not stand for outstanding or late payments- like as if he had been waiting days or weeks for it to be setsettled
