My name is Aidan. I am new to the area but by no means new to plumbing and the building trade. I moved here for love and left behind a very successful bathroom and plumbing installation company. I previously worked as recommended by a showroom company so I spent a lot of time creating beautiful bathrooms. My eye for detail really lent itself to the quality of finish, right across the board with tiling,plastering,plumbing, heating and kitchen fitting. I have worked on bathrooms where the materials chosen cost so much it’s scary. Likewise I can work on a B&Q £400 bathroom bundle. My gas safe certification is about to lapse however my knowledge and qualifications are of the highest standard, as this is a new beginning for me I am reluctant to retake the course right now until I understand how beneficial it will be for me in the future. As for me. I am a young man with 15 years on site experience that has always been willing to work hard and treat people fairly. I more than not keep customers for life and am always more than willing to go out of my way to keep people happy. I usually have my dog with me as he is my best bud and comes everywhere with me. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
