I previously worked as a cabinet maker/kitchen fitter so have a keen eye for detail (some could say as far as OCD) however I pride myself on installing something that is both functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. Chipped and cracked the bath in a rental flat, whilst fitting bath taps badly. The Cold tap is not fitted properly & is loose. The tap now catches on a tile. Brand new Vanity Basin door has been damaged, need to get a replacement door. He cut the cold water supply to the shower, took hours to fix this, & I had to buy the parts!! 4/5 hours work, during the day, became 11, working until 11:30 at night. We now need to buy a new bath now & get it fitted.

Prestige Plumbing called in 30 minutes from me placing an ad. Lee came round 90 mins later, took a couple of pics and promised to be back the next day to repair a leaking connection. At the time he expected he would have to order parts for an additional task. Next day, he turned up did both repairs ,relaid floorboards etc I had lifted to locate the fault. That trip was about an hour. So Lee get praise from me for speedy response good clean work. Invoice came after 4 days, but was 1/2 of my estimate
