Posting the job brought an immediate response from this roofer, who arrived to assess the job very quickly. He showed me photos and video of the problem (I don't have the head for heights to see for myself), and explained very clearly what was required. Having agreed on actions and cost, he made the necessary repairs the same day, and provided photos of the work. At all times he was friendly and seemed efficient.
