Chris has done several jobs for me, including underfloor heating and tiling the floor in my new conservatory and re-modelling my tiny en-suite bathroom, which now feels much bigger. They came to investigate the sound of running water. The leak simply couldn't be found without ripping up large parts of the house, which we all agreed should be done by a dedicated builder instead. However the investigation was as thorough as I could have expected, they didn't charge me the full call-out as they couldn't address the problem, and were good enough to write a report for my insurance company. Very professional, will go straight back to them in future.
