Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

SP Groundwork arrived at time agreed and carried out the necessary resulting in a transformed outdoor area. The work was completed on time despite there being heavy rain during the week. Scott quoted and charged a fair & satisfactory price. I am very pleased with the result. Scott has agreed to carry out additional groundwork to other external areas of the property. The team were professional and hard working throughout the job assignment. Definitely recommend this company. Thanks Scott.

When I was told that Mark and his team would be at our house before we left for work at 7am, I couldn't believe it! But they stuck to their word; they showed up early, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Friendly and honest lads. Martin came looked at the roofing job told me what was needed and how much. A few days later they came and did the job found a few more faults but put these right as well at no extra cost. Great work, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will be using them again.

What a load of tosh. You cant put it right, it needs knocking down. The only people who have worked on this house are a plumber and plasterer in the hall. The plasterer will get repeat work when i need him. The plumber does all my plumbing and gas needs. Tradesmen are welcome Mark, that excludes you as your a chancer mate. Advising people to stay away, you've got a nerve !.

This job has caused me grief. New gutters 27/01/14 leaked far worse than old ones, like Niagara Falls! In fairness, tradesman returned next day, made improvements. Small problem remained, but nothing mega like first problem. Tradesman said he would return and fix. Have phoned him twice during last 2 months but as he's now working in Aberdeen I will have to pay someone else to fix. It is only small problem compared to first problem but nevertheless, the job has not been completed satisfactorily

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.

Could not rate this company.. I would not recommend them. I had to redo much of the work. They did not seem to know about preparation before painting. Painted over the dust and gritty bits on the paintwork.

After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.

Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
