Superb service! The guys came to fit a velux window but the batons and felt had been damaged by leakage over the years. They worked all weekend to get it fixed as they had a big job starting the following Monday. They were friendly, tidy and incredibly hard working even when it started pouring. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Problem was much bigger than anticipated but now all sorted; really efficient workers who left the work area even tidier than they found it, very good quality work produced with nothing too much trouble. Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!
