Its sometimes hard to find a builder who you can feel you can trust as you hear so many bad stories. So I'm happy to help any future customers of Gregory tick that box when they are considering using him. Simply put, hes an honest guy. Not once did he try to pull the wool over my eyes and operated with complete transparency. No build goes without a few hitches and mine was no exception, but when we had problems they were quickly overcome. When we did fall a little behind schedule effort was doubled and his team put in 10 our shifts and worked weekends to get back on track, at no extra cost to me. If you are looking for a tradesman that puts in the ours and at a competitive price then you would do well to ask him to quote.

Shaun and the Team did a great job for me the house has been fully referbished to a very high standard. New bathroom walk in shower new ceiling in hall ,all decorated throughout. New Kitchen-Diner-Lounge and Extension excellent.

We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.

This is now a one man band not a company. The brick work was of an adequate standard but unfortunately the problem came with the roof. I had paid too much up front and he never returned to finish the job.

No response to any attempts at communication once I had paid. No key sent for the new lock I had fitted. Another locksmith had to come out to sort out eh lock and said it was a bad job.

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.
