Eryk and Michael from BMS installed new engineered laminate flooring in my through and through lounge dining room and hall they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They are a hard working pair turned up every morning just after 8.00am, their work was meticulously planed and carried out. I would recommend them to anybody. Murray Borland

your quote was £1800... And that was for materials and labour... If there was any materials left over then they were mine as I had paid for them hence in your quote so any extras u did for me would have been labour costs only I asked you the cost to get hut painted you said no more than £70 but you only painted the roof so no more than £30 hose on to wall no more than £30 a strip of wood round the fence a slab at the hut and some sand round the hut... That's all I can think of that comes nowhere near £500

Got the guys from MJM in to do a big garden cutback/weed/clearance. They worked incredibly hard all day, putting in a long shift and we are delighted with the results. Thoroughly recommend and will use again.

I was really impressed. Very fast from measure to install. The windows are great. Robust and look good. The lads that installed were excellent. Hard working, fast, tidy. Great job. And all at a very good price. Would certainly use again.

I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference

Pat came really promptly for a quote and gave a good price and did the work within the week. Brilliant job - great to deal with - very friendly and just got on with it and got it done. Made my life very easy. I'll definitely be calling on GP Property Maintenance again for other jobs. Would highly recommend. Thanks Pat.

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

Tommy responded to my job add within a few hours and we agreed date and price for work to be undertaken. Work was completed on agreed date to very high standard with no mess. Extremely friendly and provided useful advice for future projects. Very pleased with end result of job and would certainly recommend to others.

Unfortunately Colin cannot be recommended for reliability at all. Despite fitting 2 French doors to our lounge, these did not operate satisfactorily, with the snib being poorly fitted and the doors not aligned correctly, despite his attempts to sort. The promised installation of a dining room door never materialised due to many "issues" on the part of Colin. A refund of the price paid for the door was requested, and I now have to employ another joiner to rectify the work done and paid for. Not recommended
