Terrible job left grout all over tiles which has now dried in had to get him back the nxt day slightly better job hopefull bath is sealed. Think I should get my money back will NEVER use him again forvthis type of job.

He alone left brochures for my perusal, giving me the largest choice possible for both paving & fencing. He provided quotations as & when required, was punctual & extremely hard-working along with his colleague Tam. The work took 2 days longer than expected though the cost remained as estimated. I really wouldn’t recommend these guys. The work they did was shoddy with lots of cut corners. Couldn’t even cut the flooring pieces in a straight line. So disappointed with the finish they did.

Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.

Derek came out to see me but didn’t have any real clue about drainage. He just asked me if I wanted artificial grass which I advised him I didn’t. He told me when he lays real grass his gardens are terrible in a couple of years time, He didn’t appear to know what to say to me and advised he should have brought his friend who deals with drainage with him. He took my drawing and said he would have a think about it and get back to me which he never did! I would not have hired him anyway.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.
With a leaky roof, these guys came out on a Sunday and the job was done within 3 days. They went out of their way to solve our problem. I would reccomended these guys and use them again without hesitation.
