new kitchen tap fitted lasted 3 month , mobile number changed have emailed now I wait ! Not good customer service really !

Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. We hired Dave for the plumbing on the renovation of our new house. This included new radiators, new boiler (fitted by another gassafe plumber not Dave as he's not registered), fit new downstairs loo, fit new bathroom, and due to complications new cylinder and pumps. We thought we had a good relationship with Dave as he turned up on time, worked hard and seemed conscientious. The problems started after the job had finished and he had been paid in full. The hot water system was still not commissioned (I shouldn't have paid him until this had been done, but I've learned now), and more worryingly the boiler had not been commissioned. There was also a leak from the downstairs wc sink. These were to be completed by Dave on the last day but he never turned up and a series of excuses ended up with Dave never coming back. Two days after moving in a wet patch appeared on the kitchen ceiling and progressively got worse. We tried to call Dave but by now he had decided not to answer our calls. He did agree to pay for another plumber to complete/fix the job. To date we've not seen a penny. We got the leak fixed which was caused by bad soldering under the shower tray. We had to contact Gas Safe to get Dave to respond to our request for getting the boiler and hot water working, and eventualy the boiler fitter came out (and even thought Dave was out of his depth on the job). He even said he was trying to contact us to arrange this but Dave told him he didnt have our number, which is a lie as he has it stored in is phone under don't answer! Now, we've noticed another leak in the lounge ceiling. I would call Dave but he wouldn't answer, and I wouldn't want him anywhere near this house again. Since moving we've noticed that the standard of workmanship is poor on the bathroom fittings, shower enclosure and bathtaps (set in wall), which are now leaking and finished messily. Again we're getting another plumber to fix this and will be sending the bill to Dave - which he's agreed to pay but I've not seen it yet. Rest assured Dave, I will be taking this to the small claims court as it costs me nothing through my home insurance. In summary, Dave seems like a lovely guy, but in reality is not up to the job and is not good to his word. Assuming his excuses are true its still no reason to treat people like this.

No complaints. Sorted a problem out that building control had condemned and 4 other plumbers wouldn't touch. Turned up on time. Priced fairly and work carried out to a fantastic standard. Regularisation certificate received. :)

Would NOT recommend. Friendly but very slow on the project, having to cancel carpets and house moving dates, ruining our first Christmas in the house. Would have been quicker if he actually worked longer than 3 hours a days. Not only that, but very unprofessional leaving a complete mess of the whole of upstairs with broken tiles. And dust all over our freshly painted walls. "Finished" and had to call him back. "Finished" again for him to not complete the job leaving me to fit the sink and grout tilesmyself.

I made 2 mutually convenient appointments with this chap and he didn't turn up to either. He then severed contact without reason.

Very dissapointing. Big puddles in flagged pathway, grouting very poor and messy workmanship, will have to get someone else in to put it right.
