Ok not sure why but I'm also not sure what you could have done every wall pretty much has imprecations everywhere and we've already painted it and don't want to be in a mess all over again. Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!

Babs was very personable and the plastering he did was fine, but the decorating was a disaster. He got emulsion on the woodwork, floors, kitchen cupboards, boiler and window frames; woodwork paint on the walls; didn't caulk any gaps or cracks; didn't paint into the corners; the kitchen paint wiped off completely with a damp cloth; painted door frames with a roller, leaving bits stuck in the paint. I could have done it MUCH better myself. A dreadful job that cost me £1000 to have it all redone. HU5

had to return to the job twice. nice guy and turned up on time. returned even after being paid to put the job right. shame it wasnt right first or second time.

AVOID!! We hired DAP services as the quote was significantly cheaper than others. However, although the 'tradesman' was a nice guy, the work was very poor. DAP services did try to rectify the problems but to no avail. No partial refund was received despite being promised. This has resulted in all the plastering having to be re-done. As such we would not recommend.
