From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. They did a fantastic job with our garden! It looked a mess before and they have transformed it into a beautiful place. They did everything by hand and worked incredibly hard every day, in all weather conditions, to get the job done! They organised everything for us, picking up materials they needed, arranging deliveries with suppliers and arrived very early in the morning when needed to accept deliveries. They’re also both really nice guys; it was a pleasure working with them. Couldn’t recommend more!

Passion for gardening/maintenance of properties inside and out.To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.

Not cheap but did a good job and cleared up afterwards. Polite and on time. Didn't charge me for materials.
