Tony and his team did a great job of converting a rather limited loft space into what is now a really great bedroom and en-suite. Both throughout the quotation and the build itself Tony was always available to answer any questions and to advise on details to ensure we got the result we needed. I commissioned Alec Gardner Builder to install an interior Bathroom on the strength of his previous work replacing a soil down pipe. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail. He constructed an excellent bathroom where I wouldn't have thought it was possible.( He also re felted the roof of a geriatric and tricky shed) I have no hesitation in recommending him for building work.
