AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. David has done two jobs for me, the first job was at an acceptable standard Tilling a kitchen, there were a few mistakes but all in all acceptable. but the second job was installation of wooden floor, several mistakes were made and to add to the poor job David did not finish the job because he left on holiday. The result I lost a client and the client had to hire someone else law to remove the floor and place a new one.
