Martin is a very nice happy man with years of experience in plumbing. We felt easy about him accessing all the rooms in the house and leaving him to his own resources to fix the plumbing problem where we have no heating or hot water for 4 days. Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!
