Two man team Aaron and Frank. Both are courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable in roofing and chimney work. They gave me a fair quote on the day and were not pushy. Conducted the work whilst providing protection and care of the surrounding environment. The job was to remove a chimney stack to below roof line and make the area waterproof. Additionally to refelt a front porch canopy. Work looks neat and tidy and the site was clean at the end of the work. No surprises. Would definitely use again.

Rubbish took trader 3 weeks to clear, Finish in some places shoddy, work left unfinished as the job was rushed. Workman had to be asked to come back and finish the job. The plumber had to make radical alterations to the bath panel to compensate for the uneven finish of the end walls. I wish I had gone with the previous trader who was more expensive but came highly recommended !

Paul has placed the images on the site, you will note, that the tiling should start in the centre of the room, I.e. By going from each corner and determining the centre point. U will also not, that Paul, keeps going on about the layout between the 2 doors, which isn't and never has been in dispute, despite me explaining this on sight and via email. The tiling in-between the two walls (not the doors) is not centred, you can clearly see this on the photos.

Kept us informed as the job progressed. The carpenter did come across obstacles which were new to him but this was due to the job not being straight forward and parts were tricky due to a brick hearth and a spiral staircase both to have wood flooring fitted around. The job has turned out really nice and I would recommend him.

Nice bloke, but after the first day of hanging wallpaper my wife had concerns. The cutting of edges were all over the place. Not a straight edge anywhere. I tried to make excuses for Alan as our walls are not perfect. However, on the 2nd day to do a small feature wall, I have to say that even I am really disappointed. Again, no straight cuts and also gaps in the joins. I honestly wish I had taken the time to do it myself.

Not a landscaper just a garden cleaner and over priced! Broke my tool by hacking at the tree and branches and told me that the ground was too hard!! Little did he know I watched him from window. First day worked hard second day spent 3 hours not a full days job too lazy and only good at cutting grass. Does not have the right tools for the job.

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
