AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.

From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. We run a small friendly team of committed guys that have everyone in mind when it comes to health and safety and maintaining a clean and tidy work site with minimal disruption while works commence. Our primarily trades are carpentry/joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and landscaping. however Stewart and i alone have served lengthy apprenticeships with our fathers and right from the off have turned our hands to all aspects of the building trade. Most importantly we value our customers criteria and strive to go the extra mile in both keeping to strict rota and maintain the job is not only completed within the time frame but to a high standard. We honour our good reputation of being punctual and polite and most importantly easily approachable combined making it an easy working atmosphere which we feel is vitally important. The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets. The price was reasonable for the work and all the work was done to a high standard. I would recommend their services and potentially contract them again in future.
