20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

Luke was a bit late, but kept me up-to-date with when he expected to be there, and then turned up on the new time - no problem with this as his communication was great. In terms of the job, it was a simple one, but Luke was still happy to help out. This company was highly responsive to my request; an emergency situation that had left a vulnerable elderly mum without water or heating. From posting my request on Rated People on a Sunday, within half an hour the company responded, visited the property later that day and provided a quote. Within 48 hours the job had been completed to a high standard and an additional job on request relating to fixing a toilet. A little pricey but given the response time to be expected as an emergency call out. Thank you

I can highly recommend Rob and his team at Made Build Interiors. They have just finished work on our Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room and Dining room.
