Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Ludvik and his team offered competitive pricing and did a great job replacing the flooring of my entire flat in a herringbone style. It was a complex job involving dismantling and rebuilding in a tight space, but they were punctual and finished ahead of schedule. Ludvik was helpful with follow-up requests. There were some ceiling marks from moving furniture—understandable, though I had hoped they’d be repainted, but a quote was given. Overall, I was very happy and would recommend them.

What started as a very quick 1 day tile replacement, turned into a very unexpected full blown bathroom refurbishment, when it was revealed the bathroom was actually unsafe. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
